WHAT AGE CAN YOU TRAIN FROM?
Participants must be 16 years or older
WHAT PROOF OF QUALIFICATION DO YOU PROVIDE OR NEED FOR FUTURE TRAINING?
When you complete Level 1 you will be issued with a certificate of attendance. I will need photographic evidence of your training certificates to ensure you are accessing the correct workshop for courses beyond Level 1.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR MOVE MY BOOKING?
As places for online training are limited to 11, full payment is required to secure your place. If you are unable to attend there is no refund available, however if I have to cancel the course I will refund you in full if we cannot find a suitable alternative date
HOW DO I BOOK AND PAY FOR MY COURSE?
You can book by completing the online booking form and pay in full online or I can send you an invoice with payment details. Please provide a Purchase Order Number if you require one to be included on the invoice.
Once an invoice has been issued, you are contractually obliged to pay the full fee for the Makaton training as stated on the invoice. Invoices are paid by bank transfer quoting the invoice number and surname as reference.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY
Any data you provide is used to book your place on a course, provide evidence of your Makaton training and process your payment. This data will not be shared with anyone or used for any other purpose.

All training is fully Covid secure, face to face training is completed with a full risk assessment, hand sanitiser's and 2m social distancing
